INDOOR FITNESS

If you like to workout in groups and in a studio with a maximum of 25 people, then Indoor Fitness is the right fitness class for you. This 45 minutes workout is designed to strengthen and tone core muscles to give you a full body workout that maximizes fat and calorie burning. This class is perfect for members who like coming to the club but are looking for an effective workout in 45 minutes.

Our Indoor Fitness classes are always different. We change the routines every week so that not only the body doesn’t get use to it, but, most importantly you do not get bored!

We combine high intensity with interval training which results in Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption. In simple words, it means that your body will still be burning fat up to 48 hours after you’ve left the club.

Quick and Convenient

The class demands that you focus and not be distracted by anything other than paying attention to the cues so much so that 45 minutes pass by like a blink of an eye.

No Equipment Necessary

Sometimes we do use elastic tubes and some other handy equipment but generally our workouts are mainly body weight, since the focus is on getting your heart rate up and keeping it there. Our workouts result in optimal muscle building and muscle retention couples with fat loss and increased calorie burn.
